With a high technological standard and up-to-standard equipment the NVF manufacture piping parts of steel according to DIN with PTFE/PFA, PP or PVDF-lining. We cover the complete production process: we build the steel parts on modern welding centres as well as the extrusion of PTFE-semi products on self-developed special extruders. The lining processes are supported by automated production technologies. 

We supply Teflon-lined Pipe & Fittings for transferring chemicals, strong acids, corrosives or other hazardous materials at high temperatures. A plastic-lined steel piping system combines the strength of steel pipe with the corrosion/chemical resistance and long life of Teflon to provide optimum operation in demanding environments up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, fabricated within hours to your specification.
